Are your flex banners waterproof?+
Yes. Flexible PVC material is inherently water-resistant. Furthermore, our solvent and eco-solvent inks physically bond with the PVC coating during the printing process, meaning the graphics will not run, bleed, or wash away in heavy rain.
What is the maximum width you can print seamlessly?+
Our wide-format plotters can print up to 10 feet wide (120 inches) in a single seamless pass. For banners or hoardings larger than 10 feet, we print in separate panels and expertly heat-seal or tape the joints together to create infinitely large displays.
Can you print on fabric instead of PVC flex?+
While PVC flex is our specialty for outdoor durability, we do offer specialized fabric printing for indoor events where a glare-free, premium, eco-friendly textile look is required.
How do I ensure my banner doesn't tear in high wind?+
For massive outdoor hoardings in windy areas, we highly recommend cutting small U-shaped 'wind slits' into the flex to allow air pressure to pass through. Additionally, we use reinforced folding (hemming) on the edges before punching eyelets, preventing the holes from ripping out.
